Child labor laws in Kentucky are of utmost importance. During the school sessions a minor below the age of 18 years cannot work more than 40 hours a week. While the minors below the age of 16 years cannot work more than 18 hours a week. All the employers should provide break time to the minors after every 5 hours of work.

3. Wrongful execution of a worker
Wrongful termination of a worker is considered unlawful in the state of Kentucky. Wrongful termination occurs when a manager terminates a worker on the basis of his personal traits such as: religion, sex or creed. If a manager terminates an employee for a reason not existing in the employee’s contact then it is also considered unlawful.
